WHAT'S IT LIKE TO WORK WITH Dr. Schleicher?
Here is one client's description of what it's like to work with Dr. Schleicher:
"Sabrina listens. She takes me to an understanding of what I'm saying - an understanding of what I'm saying that I'm not aware of but is true, real and important.
Sabrina pushes me past my comfort zone in a way that is not scary - it's a nudge but the foundation has been built to make me believe the stretch is doable, right and necessary. And then she is there to cheer me on and encourage the next step.
Sabrina exudes confidence. When she makes a suggestion or delivers a lesson it's done cleanly without dancing around the statement, suggestion or lesson. There is no aura of force - just clean, clear, concise communication that leaves me no room to wonder, "What did she really mean by that?"
Sabrina knows her stuff. She's competent. I can't remember what we were talking about when she brought up the Choice Map but, bang! there it was. The perfect tool with no, "Uh, I think I may know something that could help. I'll dig around and see if I can find it. If it's what I think it is I will e-mail it to you." Nope. Just whoosh...there it was and it's a great tool.
Sabrina holds me accountable. The journaling I've been doing is one way I'm held accountable. Recently, in my journaling she gave me a nice pat on the back, and yet I wasn't getting it, so she had me go deeper. So it was positive feedback for what I had done, along with a nudge to keep going because I wasn't there yet. Also, at the end of calls Sabrina asks me what my take away is. To verbalize it means I know it (at least at some level) and should apply it or use it.
Sabrina is fun and funny and seems like somebody I would like to hang out with."
