Listen to an Introduction to The Coach Approach
Why It Works
Not just another training with a slick binder for your shelf, this program puts emphasis on practicing your new skills, with feedback to make it work in your environment.
Practice: Participants will be paired up to check-in and practice coaching skills between training sessions.
- Solutions: The confidential setting allows you to raise challenging situations you encounter and discuss alternatives.
- Confidence: You will leave the training with new skills AND the confidence of having already used them when you begin to coach your direct reports.
- Support: This unique training model results in a local peer network to support you and your business.
What It Does
The training allows participants to role-play first and then apply new skills directly in the workplace. Upon completion, participants will be applying effective coaching skills in their professional roles, allowing them to:
- Address change – with less turmoil
- Increase staff productivity – and delegate more
- Create an environment of positive accountability
- Initiate concise conversations – that yield positive results
- Improve morale – and reduce turnover
- Identify people’s strengths for improved performance
“I never thought I would learn so much in a single day and be so engaged while doing it! I would definitely recommend The Coach Approach workshop series to managers at all levels. I learned I don’t need to take all my direct reports’ problems on as my own, how to empower my employees to solve their own problems without my direct intervention and gained confidence in myself as a manager.”
